About us
Loyalty for neighbourhood shops, without paper cards or hassle.
Fidélitas started from a simple observation: paper cards get lost, and loyalty software is built for big chains. We make the tool the local bakery, salon and café were missing.
What we do
A loyalty card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, a till screen any employee understands in ten seconds, and reminders that bring customers back. For independent businesses in France and Switzerland, in euros and Swiss francs.
How we work
We don't sell your data and we never send anything to your customers without their consent. And when you write to support, a person answers.

Why Fidélitas exists
In most neighbourhood shops, loyalty still lives on a stamped paper card. It gets lost, forgotten at the bottom of a wallet, and the owner knows nothing about their regulars: how many there are, or when they stopped coming. Big chains have apps, customer files and campaigns. Fidélitas brings those tools to independent businesses, without the complexity: a card in the customer's phone, a till screen everyone understands, and reminders that go out on their own.
A revenue driver, not just a card
A loyalty card is only worth something if it brings customers back. That is why Fidélitas does not stop at the stamp: a message when a customer stops coming, a note on their birthday, a reward waiting for them, an invitation to give feedback and then publish it on Google, a referral to bring their friends. Every month, the dashboard shows you how many customers came back. Our promise fits in four words: more visits, more revenue.
For France and Switzerland
Fidélitas is built for independent businesses in France and Switzerland: billing in euros or Swiss francs, legal notices adapted to each country, compliance with the GDPR and the Swiss data protection act (FADP). The website and merchant area are available in French, English and German.
