Your payments, protected end to end
Fidélitas never handles your banking details. All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the most widely used payment providers in the world, and every card payment is confirmed by your bank.
Stripe handles the payment
When you subscribe, you enter your details on a secure page hosted by Stripe, a payment provider licensed in Europe and certified PCI DSS Level 1, the highest security standard in the industry. Stripe is used by millions of businesses, from small shops to large groups.
3D Secure: your bank confirms the payment
For a Visa or Mastercard payment, your bank asks you to confirm the transaction (a notification in your banking app, an SMS code or a fingerprint). This is 3D Secure strong authentication, mandatory in Europe: without your approval, no payment goes through.
SEPA direct debit, if you prefer
You can also pay your subscription by direct debit from your bank account (in euros). You sign a SEPA mandate online, and each instalment is then debited on the due date. You can revoke the mandate at any time and dispute a debit with your bank within the periods set by the SEPA rules.
No banking details at Fidélitas
Your card number or IBAN never pass through our servers and are never stored with us: they are kept by Stripe, encrypted. We only see the last four digits so you can recognise your payment method.
Invoices and subscription management
Every payment generates an invoice available in your merchant area (Manage subscription). There you can switch payment method, update your card or cancel, effective at the end of the period.
