Fidélitas is designed for the GDPR from the start: customer consent, individual rights and strict separation between businesses.
Hosted in Europe
Your customers' data is stored in the European Union (Neon database) and the application runs from Paris (Vercel). Some providers are American: the privacy policy explains how these transfers are safeguarded.
Consent first
No promotional email or SMS is sent without the customer's consent, given separately for each channel. Every message has a one-click unsubscribe.
Your customers stay yours
Each business only sees its own customers. We sell no data and use none for advertising.
Secure payments
Payments are handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS certified. No bank details go through our servers.
Everyone's rights
Export a customer's data, erase it on request, and export your full customer file whenever you want.
Protected access
Hashed passwords, separate roles for owners and staff, and a log of sensitive actions.
