Billing and subscription
What exactly does the subscription include?
All of Fidélitas for one location: unlimited customers, an Apple Wallet and Google Wallet card in your colours, a simple till screen, campaigns and automatic emails (5,000 emails per month), customer reviews, referrals and dashboard. There is only one plan: no feature is kept for a higher tier.
When am I charged?
Never during the free trial: no credit card is requested. When you decide to continue, you choose your plan (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and pay for the first period; the subscription then renews at the same pace until you cancel it.
How much do several locations cost?
The same price for each: €39.99 per month per location. A location added mid-period is charged pro rata; a location removed is no longer charged from the next renewal.
Is VAT added on top?
No. Fidélitas is under the French VAT franchise scheme (art. 293 B of the French tax code): the price shown is the price you pay. For a business based in Switzerland, French VAT does not apply; any Swiss acquisition tax due remains payable by the VAT-registered business.
How many emails can I send?
5,000 emails a month are included with each subscription (point of sale): campaigns, automatic messages and the Monday summary. Need more? Add a pack to your subscription: +10,000 emails for €15.00, +25,000 for €30.00, +50,000 for €50.00 a month. Wallet cards don't count; SMS is a separate prepaid option.
What about text messages?
Text messages are an option: you buy credits in advance, with no subscription. One credit is one text message of up to 160 characters, and your credits do not expire while you are subscribed.
How do I cancel?
From your account, in one click. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no fee; you keep access until then and can export your data as CSV.
